COVID SAFE
Our priority at One Holyrood is the safety and security of our customers and staff. When we reopen our hotel and cafe for our customers, we will be creating an environment where everyone has the confidence we are operating safely.
We have designed a clear plan of cleaning and social distancing measures, designed to keep our guests and teams safe.
We will be implementing the following in line with UK Government guidance:
One Holyrood staff are cleaning using antiviral disinfectant effective against Coronavirus; certified to European standards EN1276 & EN14476.
One Holyrood are not servicing bedrooms for less than a 4-night stay.
Any additional servicing required, you must contact the staff.
All linen is cleaned according to government guidelines.
Social distancing in place throughout One Holyrood.
One Holyrood have increased cleaning frequency of high touch points in public areas and bedrooms. To minimise contact, housekeeping teams will not enter bedrooms during your stay.
PPE is provided to One Holyrood team members. Please note there isn't Government guidance in place on the need to wear face masks in hotels. However these are available should team members choose to wear them.

Customer hand sanitiser is available to our customers in key locations
