ONLINE AVAILABILITY

The availability of rooms for One Holyrood is shown online HERE is live and up-to-date.

If you can’t find the date you’re after, please email info@oneholyrood.co.uk  so we can add you to our waiting list, or help you find an alternative date.

 

DOG FRIENDLY

One Holyrood welcomes small, well-behaved pets. However, there is an additional charge of £10 per night.

 

CHILDREN AND FAMILY

The whole family are welcome at One Holyrood. We have a beautiful serviced apartment that sleeps four. We can also accommodate cots (free of charge) and an extra bed (at a small additional cost) in some of our rooms at One Holyrood, subject to availability. Please check with us for more details - email info@oneholyrood.co.uk.

 

DRESS CODE

We’ll never tell you what to wear. One Holyrood is an informal environment, so come in whatever makes you happy and comfortable.

PRIVATE PARTIES

BREAKFAST

We offer a Full breakfast menu and Continental Breakfast is included in the room rate.

CHECKING IN AND OUT

You can check-in from 2pm-7pm at One Holyrood, however, you’re more than welcome to arrive earlier to drop off your luggage and relax in the comfortable lounge areas, café, or enjoy the gardens.  Check out is by 10am. We ask that you leave your room by this time, but please enjoy the surroundings all day. We can’t guarantee early check-in or late check-out, but stick around and let us know your plans and we will try our best on the day.

 

ACCESSIBILITY

Complying with Conservation issues demanded by a Grade II listed building results in limited access for people with mobility issues.
There is wheelchair access from the street to various parts of the ground floor and garden and there are toilet facilities available.
There is no lift to the bedrooms on the upper floors.

 

WHEN DO I PAY MY BILL?

Payment will be taken on the day of arrival, prior to check in from the card details provided.  If you wish to pay on an alternative card, please let us know in advance.
We do not accept cash payments. 

 

I SECURED MY BOOKING WITH MY CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD, CAN I PAY WITH CASH ON ARRIVAL?
 
Yes you can pay with cash in advance but you must inform the hotel in advance, or payment will be taken from your card.

 

PARKING

Car Parking. Two public car parks are located at the rear of the Hotel.
Sea St, Newport PO30 5BD or  8 Sea St, Newport PO30 5BN

TRAVEL

Our postcode is PO30 5AU.

Southern Vectis - The Island’s Bus service is excellent, covers all points on the Island and our central location makes it a good option.  

The Hotel is a 7 minute walk from the Centre of Newport and Newport Bus Terminal.

 

CYCLING & WALKING

We are a cycling and walking-friendly establishment and are very happy to store your bikes securely over-night. We also have facilities for drying clothes and boots.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We currently have a 72-hour cancellation on room bookings. Please email info@oneholyrood.co.uk if you need to amend your stay.
