Room 1 is a very quiet, comfortable, well-presented room with Louis XVI style Double bed in walnut and walnut veneer from Bayliss and Booth, with walk-in shower ensuite overlooking the southeast facing scented garden.

Room 4 is a twin room with a private shower/bath ensuite. This room is popular among our guests as it is tastefully decorated with bright colours with cow parsley designed wallpaper. The room also has a high pitched ceiling. Light flows into this room in the daytime, giving it a light and tranquil atmosphere. With blackout blinds and our soft linen, it is a cosy retreat in the night time. The room is southeast facing and looks over the Scented Garden.

Room 8 is a large Kingsized room with shower ensuite with south east facing bay window on the 1st floor with garden view.

Room 2 is a well-appointed Double room with walk-in bath-shower en-suite.  Decorated with Mulberry Heirloom ‘Garden Peony’ wallpaper it has a 40’s feel.

Room 6 is a quiet room on the 2nd floor overlooking the garden and beautifully wallpapered in a complimenting green Mulberry Heirloom Paisley design with a walk-in shower en-suite.

A large superior double room with en-suite, walk-in shower and roll-top bath. Located on the top floor this room is spacious and contains a stylish sofa, and also has exposed beams and a pitched ceiling. Painted cream the room has a calm and secluded feel. The superior double room has become very popular for wedding night couples, mini-breaks, and romantic getaways.

The Dolphin Apartment is a beautifully decorated self-contained one-bedroom apartment and ideal for two adults and two children.  The apartment is located in the centre of Newport and overlooks the Medina River, Isle of Wight.  It is perfect for business or recreational long term visits.  The Kitchen is fully fitted to cater for four guests with an adjoining dining table and lounge.
